| Update Monday May 19th: Regionals 2008: WHAT A SUCCESS!!!!!
--> Wow, all our hard work has paid off! We won medals, broke some records, made some money, and even had some time for a few smiles along the weekend. Great job to all our skaters! I'm so proud of everyone. Now it's time to reflect on our experience. --> Self-evaluate your performance this weekend: the good, the bad, and the ugly. Ask yourself the tough questions: training, nutrition, mental preparation, experience, and goals. We have 2 months till nationals! If you want to see a change, it begins with YOU! (keep checking back this week for regional pictures and placements)
